Abstracts can only be submitted though the congress website.

All submitters should be prepared to present their abstract as poster presentation.

The abstract must respect the format and style of the template provided. (link template)

Only PDF files will be accepted.

Those who would like to be considered for oral presentation must indicate their preference on the submission form.

Authors of abstracts selected for oral communications will be required to give a presentation of 10 minutes into the appropriate session.

Authors of abstracts selected for poster presentation will be required to set up their poster in a dedicated area.

The maximum size of poster boards is 120 cm (length) × 90 cm (width). 

Once the submission is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

With the submission of an abstract, the author accepts the following clauses:

- Accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the information in the submitted abstract.

- Accepts to be the contact person for all correspondence about the abstract and inform co-authors about its status.

- Confirms that all co-authors are aware of and agree with the content of the abstract and support the data presented.

- Authorize to the organization of the 8th International Iberian Biophysics Congress to publish its abstract in the book of abstracts that will be published on the conference website.
